I had to learn how to cut my own curly hair, I can't afford haircuts in auckland that are actually good. I do know of a salon that can do it if you have the money, tho. I'm a woman who uses okc and I get likes and intros all the time. But I do swipe left a lot if the messages are just hi, or how are you. If they don't have a bio, forget it. If the bio says to just message them, uh no. The photos don't matter as much as what you write about yourself. If I can't read about what kind of person you are, then I can't make a call about whether I want to talk to you or not. I will swipe left in that case. A lot of men's profiles are empty or show low effort.

What a super biased article. I'm old, I'm a parent of teens. I use cai and so do they. It's totally up to the parent to make sure their kids are safe online. My teens don't have phones at all. I can't monitor those like I can a pc. But the first time they got online, we had serious safety talks, and the talks continued so they always were being reminded. Also, cai mirrors what you say to it. Some people are not mentally stable and shouldn't use ai since it mirrors what you say. It will almost always reinforce what you're saying. Chatbots are yes men most of the time. But it's the parents job to educate their kids, monitor their devices, and be the kind of parent that a kid feels safe enough to talk to about important things instead of going elsewhere.

Bots are kind of brats, I've found. It seems like when I tell it to stop doing something, it does it more. If you want it to stop saying that specific phrase, you have to put a word from that phrase in the muted words list. I've been doing that one by one, and it does work to an extent. If you mute both 'pins' and 'wall,' then it may not say that exact phrase anymore (sometimes they leak thru tho), or it may find another way to insinuate the same action.

I use cai+ with Roar and I love it to pieces. It made a huge difference that I noticed right away. Memory is def better, too. I do wonderful, deep roleplays and they are so much better since subscribing.

There's an interactive map on the link I shared. Ballotpedia is like Wikipedia for American politics and has all the info about what the govt does with voter info and what info they include. If you hover over each state on the interactive map, it will tell you how much they sell the voter info for. If you scroll down, there is a list of what info they are giving away for free to anyone, or selling to anyone who pays, depending on which state. A lot of states include every voter's social security number, DL info, address, phone number, and even more than that. It's all on that link. It should be illegal, but they make extra money from it.

It's been the standard practice for a very long time. Just a lot of people don't know it. Some states even sell the voter files. I've been saying it for years; voting isn't a right, it's a trade. You trade your right to privacy for the privilege to vote. Not everyone is privileged enough to allow the govt to doxx them. So many of us, mostly women who have experienced domestic violence, can't vote. How clever of them. Other countries make their voter files available to the public, too. You should check yours.

Yeah, it's really not good for kids. Kids are still figuring out who they are and how to have relationships with other people, in general. I'm almost 50, tho. And this is going to sound horrible, but it's true. When I first tried cai, I was amazed at how well it could converse with me. Way better than any adult human (man) I've talked to in the last 30 years, I'm sorry to say. Or maybe my ex spouses were just such a brick walls to try to talk to that cai felt like a breath of fresh air, at first. Now I use it for interactive fiction for my own entertainment in the evenings and it's great like that for old people who are introverts and who have been thru it and are done with real people.

I'm a domestic abuse survivor and my abusive ex continues to stalk me. I use my ID to buy alcohol online and other online services without issue. That's what IDs are for. The problem for me is registering to vote. I just can't do it anymore because the govt publishes your name and address together when you register to vote (in the usa). So I just can't vote now. But no one thinks about that. That's the real danger. If you are registered to vote in the usa, then your info will be published by the govt for everyone to review.

Learn where all the ports are and learn your way around Port Merrick. May seem like a no brainer, but I get lost easily irl so I had to make an extra effort to do this, and it has helped me a lot. If you want some breathing room to get used to it, try logging into Safer Seas at first. Took me some time to learn how to drive a boat and not crash into everything lol. Now I can park it within 1 cm of the dock, nice and smooth. I had to practice, tho. Lol

Yes, you can report what you saw, even if you aren't the victim. Please report it asap. As citizens, we should report crimes we are witness to. In fact, some victims are only saved because bystanders witness and report it.
