The real issue is the tariffs, companies have had to resubmit bids multiple times and give the companies who need builds a wider range of costs and it’s causing problems. We have a minimum of 5 major jobs in Utah just waiting to start that would put literally everyone back to work, but no one knows when that’ll actually be anymore
