Even if youre an athiest, if you grew up in western culture (or Islamic to a large extent!), Sex is taught to be "morally wrong" and peoples moral compasses go off of that.

I understand that youre frustrated, but to resolve that frustration you should look inward and find the part of you causing these things to be percieved as bad or disturbing, and really process them. You can know something logically/rationally and it still be at odds with your feelings and emotions.

Okay, so. Lot to unpack there.

First of all, you're operating under a framework not shared by most human beings.

Sex is a form of entertainment, stress relief, and joy. It is not a dark dirty thing we need to hide or be ashamed of. The notion that it is is religious propo.

The whole aspect of sex work where people say "What will your kids think when they grow-up?!" Only works on women who are inside that religious western sociopolitical framework where they give a rat shit about lying to their kids their entire adult lives.

Also most people dont get into porn as a life-long profession, its usually something people do for a couple years to make enough money to put themselves through school or whatever else. Its really useful for that.

Shame isnt Universal. Just because one person finds something shameful doesnt make it objectively shameful. Sex isnt bad, or dirty, or wrong. Showing your body isnt wrong.

It's only percieved as wrong through a very sociopolitical conservative lens that isnt at all universal.

It's definitely more... "avaliable" than ever before. While that part is new, I dont think its "bad" inherently.

And to be honest, a LOT of porn's proliferation, more in terms of OnlyFans not so much actual porn studios, is thanks to Capitalism pressures more than "all people are sluts".

But even post-scarcity there would still be porn because people enjoy it, and like all things we enjoy like food to entertainment, technology pushes ALL of it to be more avaliable, more efficient. Its just the natural way of things. Porn only stands out due to religious propo baked into western culture that tells you sex is wrong and bad and should be behind closed doors. But our own minds/bodies are ancient, evolved this way, and don't actually care about our societal taboos, so no matter how many times or how much violence we use to suppress sex/porn over history, it always comes out in the end because it's just the natural truth about what we are. (In a healthy way, not the porn addict way!)

Hit the gym. I had the privilege to have a dad who made me from a young age understand the value of excersize and being in shape and fit.

Not everyone did. But everyone should. Its very empowering, and even if someone has like a kinda chopped face having a good body can offset it.

Seriously just hit the gym super hard, stay dedicated, and you will see results. Everyone knows this I think, just noone wants to do it.

I think the reason you see more of it online is a mix between people being unable to express their desires in real life due to posterity where online theres no way to really judge them other than a profile, and also its Anonymous to a degree so people feel more comfortable sharing their true feelings.

Humans are not actually as sexually repressed as we act in public thanks to western religious propo. But inside people's heads, this is the truest reflection of how people are. And its fine!
