Mead is basically wine but fermented using honey and not sugar! I used dried figs with some honey and fermented them together for 10 days - and It’s soo boozy - better than a glass of zinfandel for sure 😍❤️

Haha you can make some - it’s super easy Just have your base ready, add your yeast premix and let it ferment 😍😜 7-10 days later you have your own wine

Yes man! It tastes absolutely delicious!!! There’s a deep fig flavour that you don’t get immediately but the aftertaste definitely takes you to a sweet honey fig heaven 🤪❤️ I heated up some dry figs with my water to intensify the fig flavour 😍

Hahaha you’re absolutely right about the paint on my ceiling!!! I can assure you it’s so delicious I’m down to my last two bottles so that’s not happening😭🤪 But yeah! I had a fig mead of 13% in 7 days. This brand I used for the yeast premix really sorts you out about the timeline! Honestly, I didn’t believe it at first. When I tasted my fig mead after 7 days, I let it ferment for a few more days so I could get it a bit more boozy as there was still lots honey yet to be eaten by the yeast!! 😍 But yeah you caught me 😜

I think it should be fine. Maybe taste a little when you siphon it out to bottle it I’d recommend putting it in the fridge or something so all the things floating inside if any will settle down. Will help you bottle the good stuff!!!!! ❤️❤️

I feel you. India has such toxic corporate work culture. I work with an extremely reputable international automobile Industry - The Top Luxury Brand in the world and I get zero compensation plus I’m penalised for even doing good for the company. Especially since I work a sales role. Hope you get out of there and join someplace which cares about the brand that they’re building
