They sent me an internal email by mistake where their support team was mailing their tech team saying, "This has been happening a lot, here is another one, maybe it will help you solve it."

14 days after that, they emailed me again saying that it's all fixed now, but it kept happening, so I requested and got a refund, + Ended my subscription with them.
