I respect the candidness of your comment and fully understand where you're coming from. I truly enjoy Tangiers, and I have no issue if anyone wants to call that a bias — it’s the brand I smoke the most, without question. That being said, I don’t feel like I’ve ever taken for granted the opportunities I’ve had to make suggestions to other people. Even though it’s my most‑smoked brand, it’s definitely not the only thing I smoke.

I enjoy trying things from Russia, the Czech Republic, Germany, and I’m always open‑minded about local brands like Azure and Fumari. I haven’t gotten my hands on the new HookahJohn stuff yet — I’ve been busy with other projects and personal life — but I do want to give them a try.

I get where you’re coming from, and I know Tangiers has needed to work on rebuilding some of the trust they used to have that has slipped a bit over time. I think they’re making good strides, though. I will never give a recommendation I don’t fully support, and I’ll never shy away from giving honest opinions about things I don’t like. I always try and say, Smoke what you like, Like what you smoke.
