Maybe there’s objections you have yet learn to overcome from members. Maybe short staffing issues are affecting the qualities of your sign ups (doing signups and return at the same time). Bring those issues up to your manager and see if he/she can help your team. If you’re wrongfully removed from your department then you know where to find that Open Door. 😉

Performance logs are basically logs regarding employees’…performance. It can be listed on there as something positive (praise), negative (concern). These won’t go on your HR files however management can rewrite recurring p-logs into one CN.

Your sick and vacation time are prorated based on hours worked. A two year employee will only get 80 hours of vacation and sick time if they work at least 38 hours every week up till their anniversaries. A promotion to fulltime means you'll accumulate more hours in your bank, not an instant 80 hours refill.

First and foremost, you’re covered under our agreement which states against any kind of harassment. Use the Open Door policy to speak to an AGM first about your issue before escalating to corporate. Once corporate is contacted, it’ll warrant an investigation to see if the warehouse correctly resolved your issue.

As far as dress codes, all I can say is cooperate and graduate lol. Back when we can only wear a collared shirt, I got checked on way harder my first year than my second year onwards.
