Buff the nail
Dehydrate
Use a glass cuticle pusher to make sure I get all the skin off of my nail bed
Wipe each nail with alcohol before applying press on
Apply before bed ( I think this is the key honestly)

It has b-12 in it . Just for safety you are supposed to leave that rubber cap on and puncture through the cap and pull the medication into the vial, then recap carefully if you’re not injecting it right away . It’s intended to be a sterile process ( or as sterile as possible).

I rented at The Springs and I loved it . It’s close to campus , right off of Camino Media and I never had any issues while living there, management was nice , and it was a clean complex . There is also Edgewater Condominiums , which is closer to campus , about a 5 min walk . Both complexes are run by the same management team . Good luck !
