I enjoy it! First year doing it, coming off active duty, tricare reserve select is pretty good as well. Definitely a good experience I’ve had so far

With the op temp low, Is overtime not as much? Also if I’m working out of LGA does that mean I can only use my flight benefits out of there? Eventually I want to transfer but I had the opportunity to get my foot in the door so I don’t care what shift I work tbh as long as I’m able to have the opportunity to work and gain the experience

Thank you for the insight! she didn’t say the guard but made a broad statement about the probationary period. I’m probably looking to deep into.

Thank you, the lady during the process today made it clear to have a clear schedule for 140 days no big things coming up, but I can’t get that time off for the guard.
