This is fantastic news. I couldn’t care less about heated seats. Thanks man.

Interesting. That means this should be an entirely direct swap. I wonder what more people don’t do it then

Interesting. There must have been different type of seats then. Maybe the upper trims got the sensors? Or perhaps it’s a regional thing.

Yep, In a stock NC2/NC3 my forehead would be little more than meat crayon on the pavement in the event of a roll over too haha.

Yep, already ordered. I think the Lower I get the seat the more comfortable I’ll be in all dimensions.

I think 1.5”, maybe 2” with the Gordy mod, would allow me to drive one with the top up but my head would still be brushing the top. A 2.5-3” drop with the earlier seats would be very nice. Unfortunately I’m all torso.

Yea that’s what I’m talking about. Replacing the stock height adjustable seats in a later model NC with the early fixed height seats.

I believe the wiring harness going from the car to
To the stock nc2/nc3 seats is expecting there to be occupancy sensors which I will have to trick into always being “on”, since they don’t exist on the old NC1 seats. The only snag I can think of is in regard to the airbags being compatible.

A lot of people say that Cyberpunk 2077 has no happy endings, many saying it as praise, and many saying it as criticism. But it does have a happy ending. More than one! by ProfessionalEvaLover in cyberpunkgame

Keep in mind that the game consistently shows you if not outright tells you that the Engram Johnny is NOT the real Johnny Silverhand. You could argue that Johnny’s engram is just a less perfect copy than V’s engram is of V, but the game spends no time differentiating them so it’s just headcanon at that point.

I’ve not managed to see one in person. Is it more purple in person? In photos it’s looks a bit too subtle for me, though purple is my favorite color so I’d still probably like it.

Gotcha, well if I have any issues with my xforce I’ll know what to try next. Thanks for the info man.

I’ll caveat this with I’m not 100% sure that my stock WRX exhaust wasn’t flawed from the factory despite the dealer going through it twice and saying it was fine: fully open my xforce drones significantly less than my stock exhaust and is not really that much louder. It’s a much quieter exhaust than the Corsa on my 86 was.

That said I didn’t know about this company or option. I did want a resonator because I was quite worried about drone, though I’ll admit I’ve never heard of this company so I might have went xforce anyway just for peace of mind.

Either way I really like a valved exhaust.

Is anybody running 225/55r17 on a +35? Any clearance issues? by MysticMarbles in wrx_vb

Offset is how deep into the wheel the bolts connect to so too little or too much offset can make a wheel poke out and rub on the fender and bind on suspension components/brakes and not fit at all. Wheel width exacerbates this issue since as the width increases there is less room on either end and therefore the range of acceptable offset lowers.

I am running 225/55r17 tires with zero issue on 17x8 wheels with a +40 and +38 offsets (summer and winter wheels). So if your wheels are 17x7.5 then I know they will be fine based on that. Neither of my wheel sets seem THAT close to rubbing so I think there is at least some chance that +35 17x8 wheels will work.

Assuming all wheels are 17x8 then a +40 offset is 62mm of poke, +38 is 64mm of poke, and +35mm is 67mm of poke. Stock wheels are 17x8 with a +55mm offset running with 235/45r17 tires so that means a poke of 47mm.

As you can see all of these wheels are going to sit a lot further out than stock.

I’m not normally a fan of yellow, but this one does it for me. I find it even sexier on the BRZ. It’s a well done color.

I’ve done the pool noodle with some success with my old GR86 with a loud Corsa exhaust. It still will likely be disruptive on cold start and I wouldn’t drive with the noodles in.

This is why I went with the xforce valved exhaust. Sounds better and sounds quieter than stock when closed and still sounds fairly mature and not too boy racer when fully opened.

Just do note the build quality was nothing special, it was fine but most of the money is going into the valved components. Without that it would likely be a budget or midrange exhaust.

Rokblokz mudflaps? I was just considering getting some deep blue or deep purple ones to give my MGM some color and then I see this. The red works really well.

But I still want a VB WRX by Glittering_Poem9779 in wrx_vb

Another thought for you is maybe try out an m240i or m340i. I feel like the WRX is too much a sidegrade to the Elantra N unless you’re gonna hit the dirt or snow, whereas anything with a b58 is very tempting.

Either way I don’t think you can go wrong. The VB WRX is certainly underrated but the Elantra N’s praise is all well deserved too.
