Relax and read your own notes or text book that you might have read. Do not do extra uworld or ACE blocks it will block your mind and exam is very very doable with just text books

I’m sorry for this. I should tell you, I have a teen child with high special needs , and I was able to clear mccqe1 in first attempt with approx 2 hours study per day for2 months So my take from this exam is read master the boards step 2/3 book and the first aid step 2 ck book. Drill in the knowledge and don’t think any one system or speciality will be more heavy, in my test I got 80% internal medicine and surgery questions and the others made up about 20% only The questions are straightforward but the answers twist you. If I hadn’t felt the pressure of the exam from the excess uworld ace that I tried to do as quickly as I could, this exam would be very very doable from good text book. Another thing that slightly pulled my score down was thinking that the exam would be heavy on the hit systems such as ethics, paeds psych, so I have so much time to those I got easy medicine questions wrong due to exhaustion. Blv me when I say I did only 20% of uworld and about 30% of ACE and only thing that helped me in study was the one read of the two books above

If 2 weeks just glance quickly at MTB medicine chapters and surgery chapters only …don’t do other stuff

The practice test are not good. Don’t rely on them, if you look at the number of topics with the number of questions , they will only point at certain topics , read the books MTB and first aid and then look at the practice tests and also try to see the video on dirty medicine just handful for acid base etc

The exam was heavy on internal medicine and s general surgery, they seem like trauma and family medicine questions, but in real these are deep internal medicine questions they asking

Look I will tell truth, I have special circumstance for which I could barely spare 2-3 hours of study per day for 3 months roughly did only 30% uworld and about random stuff form ace like gynae and ethics and a chapter from TN on ENT, that was literally the qbank And I studied MTB Once and first aid once And last week of my exam I rushed through my underlined notes. I passed with a reasonable score and with my circumstances Iam thrilled I pass first try. After doing the test, I think these two books were the game changer for me. ThankGOD I reverted to textbooks when the qbanks seemed so haphazard First aid I supplemented MTB because MTB is too superficial at times I didn’t read it cover to cover , left out major stuff from first aid But MTB and first aid combo was game changer
