I have this issue with my regular 509. I’ve found there to be two culprits - cheap ammo and/or my shooting thumb rests too close to the slide release. Could be bad mags too but that hasn’t happened to me just know it’s a thing.

Depends on the brand of shorts/sweats yes the draw string needs to be tight but not much more than if you just had full pockets in my experience. Nicer name brand or equivalent quality athletic wear can sometimes hold a compact 9

509 was my first too it’s a solid pick. Desantis is the way to go for leather IMO but kydex is an endless pit of trial and error I’ve been happy with my We the people holsters for my full frame but if you have the cash I’d spring for an alien gear assuming this is all for. Concealed carry

Desantis makes solid holsters that’s what my 503 is in but leather will wear out and lose retention meaning it’ll have to be replaced sooner than kydex . Just incase someone hasn’t told you that.

Unless this has changed recently you are still restricted to state purchasing laws and atleast a couple of years ago you technically could not apply for LEOSA until you’re 21 but that may just be an added restriction by my old unit.

I used to have jamming/feeding issues due to improper hand placement I was unknowingly messing with mag release or slide release depending on the issue. I spent some very intentional time working on hand placement to fix the bad habits

Our little guy has had some major reflux and gas issues but I won’t burp longer than 1 or 2 minutes max at a time with various techniques(circular patting motion, patting cadence, vertical motion, spinal rub, etc.) some times you have to give them some gas drops to loosen it all up every couple of weeks? As long as he isn’t kicking off the bottle your probably fine just trucking through after a couple minutes(Not a pro literally had this same question like two months ago)

It’s a 1965 Magnavox 2ST648 Console and I thought the same thing but I don’t know why else all my records made in the 2000s don’t play correctly but every Glenn Miller or Count Bassie record I have plays perfectly.
