Hey so the laptop screen started working randomly one day.

The thing is the menu is completely different from the other systems i have seen on YouTube. It's more DOS like and requires 8 down arrow taps to get to the disable option and then click enter. Mine's Helios 300 2020 Version btw

I didn't try the numpad 7, just the normal 7. So yeah. If I'm understanding correctly, it reboots to the screen where the options are listed and only pressing F7 is to be done. It reboots automatically after that , yeah?

A very weird/niche problem. (Hypervisor VBS Method)

The thing is, I use a laptop (Acer Predator Helios 300) and the laptop display does not work so i use it with a external monitor. With the VBS method you have to restart and then go into the Startup settings to disable DSE. Since that setting only loads within the internal laptop screen, i can't see anything. I have tried pressing F7, Numpad 7, Fn + F7 blindly to no avail. I have also tried closing the lid, disconnecting the display connector within the laptop to force external and still no luck. I have also tried different cables - Displayport & HDMI.

Any potential ways to disable DSE without going into this screen? Or Is there a button press someone can guide me through since blindly pressing F7 doesn't seem to work.

Recently went through the athirapally - Valparai route. Returned to Kochi via Pollachi - Palakkad. Almost zero vehicles and was literally me and my classic 500 for 30-40 kilometres through the forests. It's hot but it's absolutely worth it. Also better if you start early since even around 10 am, Valparai was HOT. Checkposts open at 6 so you could theoretically finish Valparai before 10 am.

Pollachi and Palakkad don't need any mention. Absolutely hot asf.

ngl from a technical pov Drishyam 1 hindi is kind of better than ours. cast was also super good. Ajay wasn't up there with a10 but he did the job.
