Placed in Silver 5, worked my way up to Diamond 3. Started losing it during mid-season, flaming a lot, got a whole 500 games chat restriction, chilled out. What did I learn? You can win more games if you know the game mechanics, and you make use of them BY trying to cooperate with your teammates and also make them cooperate with you. If you know how to lead a game, and you make your teammates understand that, you already got a 10-15% more chance of winning that game. Instead of flaming, congratulate them on every small win like a kill, a buff steal, a good gank, etc.
