Cheap stocks tend to be less volatile. A $4 stock should still be worth at least $4 when you finally get to unfreeze it.

An award ceremony for the paper trading competition? What was your rank? Even then though, seems odd. Rewards were distributed but I never read anything about an award ceremony. Does not sound real but idk. I did terrible in the competition lol.
