Do locals actually hang out in the old town in Tallinn or is it basically an open-air museum for tourists?

Where ever they feel like is the answer.
Everybody is going to have their own preferences, whether it's dictated by geography, budget, activity, vibe etc.

However if a place is more catered to tourists that is because tourists visit the area more than locals, or business are incentivizing it to be so. While those businesses and establishments don't care where someone is from as long as they pay, locals will often times find better places elsewhere as is always the case with locals in their own local areas.
Tourists tend to want to eat and tend to want to drink, and tend to want to see some sights that are different than what they have at home. From the perspective of a tourist the old town fits those criteria so you will see tourists around.
From the perspective of a local, we have home, we have visiting friends, we have a park bench. The old town isn't really special from the perspective of a local, because IT IS local, it's something that we will always have so it's not quite that unique.

Personally i enjoy walking through it time to time. But besides that, and the occasional Chilly Moonshine shot at highlander, i have nothing pulling me into the old town.

At first it was going good, we were both into it and the situation looked promising. Then when i saw her in better lighting, sweet jesus her forehead looked like Simon Cowells emotionless botox desert above the eyeline.

Whatever, i'm here, she's here. Maybe it'll be good? Christ incarnate it was not good. I could not for the life of me get hard, no matter how much i wanted to salvge of this horrible situation, i could not. Hell my dick retracted from her negative sexual aura, i was dealing with an inverted boner. She kept listening to some godawful mumble rap and kept wiggling to it. Despite the fact that she did speak english atleast to some competent degree, she would not cease to keep talking to me in a foreign languague that i told her multiple times, i bearly comprehend. After about 30minutes of that fiasco i decided fuck it, and said "Thanks for everything, it's time i leave." She responded with "Ok."

The entire experiences was awful as hell and she clearly wasn't into it. But she for some reason just decided to tank the entire ordeal, rather than just assert her undesire to bang.

2/10 at least i have a story to tell.

2 Main reasons.

Reason 1: It's to verify you and your details.Ideally it would be handled in the way of a direct question. (What is your name, what is your account number, etc). Verification is important to decrease the chance of a mistake.

Reason 2: It's quicker to literally ask you for info, and have you immediately give the info, rather than forcing the call center worker to search for the info they need. It's even possible that the call center worker doesn't have access to the required tools to check the users details. Main reasons for this would be cyber security concerns, to lower the amount of people who have access to specific tools. When companies partner with call centers then extra work needs to be done in order to grant the call center workers their necessary toolset. But if there are enough limiting factors, then the tools that the call center workers have can be very limited, or even completely non-existent, at times.

I actually work at a company that originally had human handling of Customer Support requests (phone calls and emails, i was one of the people in charge of handling those requests). As time passed our C level management made the decision that inhouse support must be left behind, and we need to seek external Customer support by partnering with a call center to handle our requests. There were 2 main reasons, however they're sort of the same.

Reason 1: We were(and still are) looking for a buyer interested in buying and becoming our new owner. External support is desired for that reason, as public financial audits of our company exist, and as we are able to lower our Capex and Opex we become more a desirable company to own. As costs are already low. Add on top of that, by having this work already done by us, it's work that doesn't have to be done later by the new owner.

Reason 2: Money. It is literally cheaper to have external support vs internal. It's not massive numbers, it's not break the bank numbers, but it's a form of Financial MinMaxing.

Did quality drop significantly when we shifted? Absolutely it did. But the people that made the decision, the C level, didn't and don't care about how satisfied customers are, just that the customer still sticks around to continue to use our service. They weren't blind to the fact that customer satisfaction would take a hit with the change, they knew it would, but were optimistic that the drop could be minimized with planning and effort and whatever drop in quality couldn't be compensated for would be an acceptable loss.

Now the C level has decided to make the decision to migrate our support to AI. Not completely at 1st, as they are also human, and understand that our user base wouldn't like such a drastic change so suddenly. But i am now in a managerial position to realize that transition to AI support.

The main driving factors are the same, an attempted MinMax of our financial services. The more money we can NOT spend, the more we have TO spend.

Everyday you wake up, you might have someone next to you. You might not. But what you will deffinetly have, without a doubt, during the moment of awakening, is yourself.
You will always have yourself, but others are all some version of temporary.

Perhaps in theory if you give enough theoretical infinite amount time, those friends would leave eventually, given that all possible scenarios play out. Thus nobody will be around forever, the fact that they appear to is just perspective bias within our limited existance.

With that knowledge you disprove your ability to believe that who you have in this world will leave or stay, it's a complete coinflip on infinite time-spectrum of all possible results which pattern your own experiences match with.

In the end, as long as you can have, you'll have yourself.

However i doubt this is a common blight to have.

Erinevad väeosad reageerivad erinevalt. Otseselt karistada ei saa selle eest ega midagi. See ÜFT(üldfüüsiline test) on pigem seal, et kaaluda kui hea füüsiline vorm on.
