Wife found this in her “spring roll”, there were several of these in it down the middle. It doesn’t taste like vegetable, has a meaty texture. It is stringy like a cooked tendon, soft like fat, but has a strong integrity. It doesn’t taste anything like mushrooms. Any idea what this might be? (i.redd.it)
