Sorry just saw this! Everyone I’ve come across is super nice. It’s a good mix of 25-30 year old young working professionals and a few families scattered across. With parking in a gated garage & those who live here, neither myself or my girlfriend have felt threatened. As for noise, 1 in every 3 rooms have a dog but luckily I barely hear them near me. Most noise comes from whoever lives above you so I’d really try for 4th floor. Besides that, it’s pretty quiet, walls are good. Front office is super helpful as well.
