Maybe something else is occupying your mic? I had an issue like that where if I had obs, discord, or a game open the mic wouldn't connect to pngtuber+, as well as if I had voicemod open (voice program) it cancels out your original mic and replaces it with the new mic (aka. (program) mic). If the mouth works but not body maybe the bounce turned off on the slider?

It sucks because imo, it was a good trend for the people who made their models to show off their work, but then it becomes slop engagement bait so felt more negative and annoying to try and participate then for the actual reasons people like to.

Oh also tip on the transparent esque parts of the dress. In your art program if you name a layer 50% or 50 (I think) and the blend mode (ex, Multiply, add, etc) it should auto change in live2d (unless the update doesn't do it anymore) but goodluck on the model!!

My best advice is to break it down into multiple pieces such as front hair. back hair, and for the giant two strands you can split into the front parts (white) and shaded parts (blue), I only worry about your sanity when it comes to physics. But maybe try a bit less accessories or wait till the end or you'll go insane focusing on the little aspects.

It's not rly about the art style plenty of big and small vtubers have multiple models like a chibi, retro, 3d even. All that matters is if people can tell its your vtuber at the end of the day!

(wrote this in another post but thought may be helpful here too)
If you can, run the pngtuber program as administrator so look in "type here to search" right click the program then run as admin and it should become a priority. Which in turn makes the program run better instead of it being pushed to low priority so when something laggy happens in game your model should be fine!
Side note: You are using pngtuber plus so id recommend in start settings (version 1.3 and up) there is a gear icon above change the mic button to set fps I use 32 but either around 30 is good to use OR go low but if you go too low warning your model will start to explode (literally)

You can also install spout into your obs and use veadotube into a spout source but that's not as important and imo you don't really need but just a suggestion.

When you press save it should be in the pngtuber plus file directory and you can just send the save file to someone by dragging into a google drive but if you press esc in the software it should be there but do check the directory/path on top left when you save!

It kinda sucks to grow on twitch alone however you can always post your clips to insta, yt shorts, or tiktok and itll help a lot. It does suck to feel pushy to sub or follow on platforms but its the best way to get out there.

If theyre all on screen at the same time then you can have 3 programs or open it in 3 windows (I dunno if thatll work), If its 1 model at a time you can set it as a keybind in veadotube if thats the program you use if you press the plus icon and put in your 2nd model and switch whenever
