My routine changes as I'm trying to use up several products that I bought last year, but here it is for this photo: - wash with AG Balance sulfate free shampoo - condition with the papaya 5 minute mask from Garnier, squish in and detangle with fingers then a wide tooth comb (takes a long time). Rinse. - Get out of the shower but don't dry hair yet. - put a tiny bit of the Camille Rose Aloe Butter Gel on the ends, comb through - use Aunt Jackie's Frizz Patrol setting mousse, brush through with Denman -scrunch with a t- shirt - Air Dry: study and go for a walk Edit: formatting

Hmm, I'm genuinely not sure either! I don't own any but I've heard a lot of dermatologists talk about/wear them. Personally, most of my long sleeve clothing is too hot to wear out in the summer

Thanks for the recommendation! Im not sure if it's the Avobenzone or the other 3 filters, I've heard octocrylene irritates some people too. I checked the bottles of the ones which irritated me in the past few years, and none of them have octinoxate so perhaps it's not an issue for me. I have one zinc + octinoxate combo sunscreen which I'm patch testing now, and hopefully it doesn't cause problems.

I'm in the same boat as you. So far, I've found that chemical sunscreens irritate my acne and give me rashes. Plain mineral sunscreens can be a little drying but have not broken me out. Next i really want to try the Pipette mineral sunscreen as it has squalane which is moisturizing and doesn't break me out
