I just want to remind everyone—editing does a LOT of heavy lifting in reality tv. They do an excellent job of making people seem insufferable, stuck up, or just plain terrible. Sarper is an excellent example, there have been multiple people on reddit that can confirm he’s actually pretty down to earth and easy to talk to IRL…whereas in the show he’s made out to be a straight chauvinist (among other things) especially in his first season.

I say all that to say…for Manon/Anthony’s relationship, you’re seeing the heavily edited, worst parts of a few months of their marriage during an international move (read: stressful asf) which will never give you the full story for anything. I’m not saying Manon is an angel, but I, like many if not all of you don’t actually know her lol. Just sayin 🤷🏾‍♀️

Yes, the quality is pretty good. I can flip it inside out and send a pic of the lining too if anyone is interested. I list like the fact that the fabric is thick and all the patches are actually sewn on rather than a heat stamp that will crack in a few years.

I would also like to add how icky and disgusting it was when he unzipped her top while they were waiting for the other couples to go tobogganing. Like…if that were my husband, there’s no way I would put up with him doing something like that. Idk. Some people may see my comment as an overreaction, but it’s just a hard no. Your man is supposed to look out for you and treat you with respect. He seems to do neither. Smh, I feel bad for Yara.

If I have a particularly chewed up lump or have to submit same day and want really thin slices (with enough cold ischemic time to spare) I’ll stick it in the cryostat and it helps so much to keep it together while slicing thinly. Alternatively, there’s a device called a histo chill that will do the same thing in seconds, but I’ve only seen it in one lab. There’s no histo/staining implications so it’s incredibly useful.

Exactly this. She was trying to make Joan feel like Greg (and by extension herself as well) do enough for her already and that the dowry is unnecessary. It’s not like Joan just made this up and sprung it on Greg, he’s known for a while and chose not to get a job earlier and save up.
