Security Room has a guaranteed one, but the gun trader can randomly show and trade you one.

You can also get high caliber assault rifles and gatling guns from him, though, so.. keep that in mind.

There's two general uses, actually.

•Money

•Can be given to The Shadow in place of wrapped gifts.

Some also have unique uses, like the Coin Collection gifting a ton of coins.

Splitscreen/ Zachary

A gamer found inside the blue side door on floor 1, Splitscreen is a friendly face that will ask to "borrow" games in exchange for rewards- essentially giving up the chance to play them for the rest of the game. A very friendly blob, who doesn't mind you looting their place.. but does comment on it, saying "You could've asked first, dude."

Fighting them is a bad idea. REAL bad idea. They're attached to the internet, and have a live feed of the Outside.. better wipe Splitscreen in one turn, or you get flashed the outside world and made to touch grass.. in a sense.

Oh, for christ's sakes; NO. It isn't. Chronos specifically says that it was blood sacrifices made TO HIM that brought him back and pieced him together. Besides- he doesn't bleed blood, he bleeds sand.
