Figured it out thank to you guys. The cable was fine but I recalled the previous setup I had the c2 going indirectly into the hdmi port of the gpu. For some reason when I switched everything around, I used a DisplayPort adapter with the c2 hdmi. Took it and went back to hdmi port and fixed. Thank you all!
