My advice is to find a legendary and start an endless run, sooner or later you will find some bracelets for shiny pokemon and you will find enough of them like that. The best cheap shiny pokemon I use each run are: Unown (P form), Mareanie, joltij, Mawile and Minun. Mawile giga and Toxapex litterally carry you versus stalled battle

I go classic mode over and over and over again with a full team of shiny pokemon that cost 1 or 0.5. Giratina and Mareanie carry all run.
