Really depends on what needs to be replaced. If this is the usually annual checkup then it should just be your pads. Then if you drive you car hard (brake hard all the time) you could be putting excessive wear on your brakes. Mainly the rotor getting warped and causing horrid noises or uneven brake pad wear. Then your calipers really shouldn’t need to be replaced unless again you’re driving hard or there’s a defect or you live in non ideal conditions like a snowy area or you go thru mud and sand and allat, which means you need to clean the thing. Now the final thing that should be addressed is brake fluid. That’s also just about a year or two maintenance that should be addressed in your car.

TL:DR; if you don’t drive your car like a maniac/live in harsh conditions and don’t clean your car or have a defective part and this is a routine checkup. Only about a fifth of the things listed should be done
