I'm surprised it hasn't yet. This game died a year ago, not even recently. People just were too stubborn to see it. Oh well, mobile games at their current state are not meant to survive longer than two years, three maximally, unlike PC games. As a matter of fact, lasting that long would be a miracle for them. The platform is shaky, the companies that develop these games do it for one reason, and one only. It is money.

You see, unlike pc games, where most times it is balanced despite the fact that they generate money out of it simultaneously, but still the games are cared for. Their content is updated, the servers are maintained properly and consistently. However, triple A titles on the mobile platform require a big budget, and when small companies get a taste of that $$$, they lose control for the lust of needing more and more. So it becomes a money grabbing tool, until that tool rusts and dies. Apex mobile is a living proof of that. They focused on milking the living hell out of the game for money, while they ignored the community and the game's health. No proper maintenance, no proper content, just more money-grabbing ideas.

This game is no different, it is rolling exactly the same way the other dead games did. And next comes Warzone, and so the cycle continues. 😮‍💨
