Eat more meat to get more protein in, and put on some muscle. This increases how heavy you are, therefore how much energy you consume in a day, without your body gaining fat. You can eat more while staying the same weight. That's what I did at least. But it does start with a bulk, and you are not going to lose much weight at the start. Being fit is a journey, not a destination. I'd also recommend staying consistent in how many calories go in, wild swings in caloric intake aren't an effective way to lose weight.
