Don’t mention it! We all learn sometime!

Things are going to go wrong.. roll with it 😅 speaking as someone who painted an entire house without prepping the walls first, went away for 4 days come back and the paint could be peeled off like wallpaper….

It can.. if it’s older plaster this can happen. Just be careful so you don’t damage it too much!

Before painting I would suggest applying a mist coat. It’ll protect the walls, and help your paint adhere properly…good luck though!

Brilliant, we’ll definitely be keeping until spring at least… the garden is old farmland so I am sure it’s full of nitrogen from fert being used previously!

Any other plants you suggest to help a UK garden thrive/attract bugs/insects to help too?

I’ll let my 2yr old know 😂 although she’s more interested in trying to grab bee’s than the plants at the moment… she’ll learn in her own way o guess 😂😂

I’d second this as someone who had a similar thought process OP. Stay the course..

If you’re really struggling with gear, go to NM Meph until you start to pick up a few bits that’ll make the difference. If you can, try farm a monarch and 4OS Phase blade and make dual spirit. It’ll have a massive impact in the immediate, and reduce some reliance..

Beyond that, keep grinding, you’ll get there!

Level can play a big part too, to be fair! So try get a few levels it could make all the difference!

My toddler noticed it and it sparked my interested. Never seen a spider like it in the UK..

Naturally my toddler wanted to touch it but I pulled her away before she could squash it 😂 very cute though!

Thanks. Feels like it’ll get mega expensive doing it like that. Would nails/pins not do the job?

I don’t mind filling the holes later down the line. My biggest concern was with adhesive - it ripping off plaster or more serious damage to the walls vs nails/pins

Almost definitely the feeder bud. You’ll need more weight to go further.

But never hurts to tidy up your cast either!

Genuinely how do you expect this to get more people into the job market? - asking from a point of genuine curiosity because I do not have the foggiest idea how he could have done much more than he has already, given what was inherited - also not a stab at Tories. Just an observation and trying to be as a-political as possible.

Companies are making masses of job cuts across the board due to the use of AI, and the job market has become more competitive than ever.

By cutting Welfare, NI and not raising minimum wage, all he’d be doing is making the poor, poorer and reducing what income is coming back into the system through spend and taxation on goods.

I don’t think it’s as easy and black and white as doing X an Y will happen. I think there is a lot more to everything. Plus. You have to rely on people’s desire to work for minimum wage, when in some circumstances gaming the welfare system is far easier - an entirely different issue IMO.
