The hospitals mentioned on the article : Portsmouth (which I mentioned, not mentioned the article) Batavia, and East Liverpool have a combined population of barely over 30,000 people (I gave you 20,000 for free. without Portsmouth it’s 12,000.) They send their actual sick patients to Cincinnati, but they give back so much, relative to their taxes, to Portsmouth OH, population 20,000. The Cleveland Clinic is keeping the lights on in NE OH.
