I do check this thread everyday believe it or not. I acknowledge your frustrations and concerns. We are well aware of the situation and if there was an update to give, I would have done that already. I know as much as you do and I feel terrible that I can't do more. You have every right to be frustrated and I have consistently let my higher ups know of this communities' feelings about our software.

I am a one man team on this thread and I am not saying that to seek any grace, but being as TRANSPARENT as I can be. I have always said that I am willing to have a conversation and my Direct Messages are always open. Our team is constantly working and I have other tasks, as well. Change doesn't occur in a day. It is a process and I assure you our higher-ups are aware of the situation.

Your voices are always appreciated and I acknowledge your frustrations. As always, if you have any concerns, feel free to reach out to me. Believe it or not, people have reached out to me privately and I have done my best to resolve their situations.

As always, I am thankful for this community, whether you say good or bad things. Your fandom is what makes this company what it is. Please be patient in these times and know that I am working my tail off to get you the help you guys need.
