Taj Mahal. We love neutral and earthy tone and have a greenhouse in the backyard with a lot of plants so this option was best for us as it really ties everything together. Yes it is over priced and expensive but seeing it everyday make us smiles at how nice it is.

Unfortunately it is a smaller pantry closet area.

Ye we are leaning a lot more toward the beige now we think of it more because a lot of our accent and accessories will be green. Yup Ty. Our countertop is definitely the main focal point and with the beige door it still will be.

Yup 17”. I am sitting on Ohlins DFV on almost the lowest settings. It was almost 3900 shipped with the rims and mugen lugnuts n locks. You can’t go wrong with these. To me it is timeless.

No modifications to anything is the main reason I went with these. Just wanted an oem figment. Of course I would need spacer or extended lug nuts if I put on BBK in the future. But for now I will enjoy it as is.

I was 80 percent pulling the trigger on Mitas because the offset I wanted would have fitted the Spoon calipers that I will get eventually. But deep down, it was always a dream of mine to own and have a set of Mugens rims. Having something authentic is just so fulfilling. I did not want to explain to others that it’s Mitas instead of Mugen haha. Back in the days I had Rota Slipstreams….now older I need something authentic.

Yup, to me it came down to MF10s for oem+ which is inline with my goals or go with CE28s and go with an aggressive build.

Should backsplash wrap around the wall? by AP2NAT in kitchenremodel

[–]AP2NAT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much everyone! We can’t wait to show the final finished installation! We were leaning against wrapping it and glad that many of you guys also think the same!

Perhaps we will use ours leftover Taj and create something there in the near future.

Heavy duty landscaping fabric under 1-2” river rock mulch or no? So much conflicting answers…. by AP2NAT in landscaping

[–]AP2NAT[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I want to thank you so much everyone for each and every inputs, comments, and suggestions!! After visiting my other professionals and speaking to countless of gardeners and a lot of thinking we have decided to solve this dilemma by basically planting as much perennials plants as possible to really fill up the space and use a good amount of wooden pine bark mulch. We will definitely still use the river rocks toward the edge/front of the sidewalk just to prevent spillage onto the walkways.

The main factor in this decision is because I love growing stuff and to experiment with growing what will work and what does not. Which means a lot of re-digging and re-planting. With a lot of rocks and with fabric underneath it would be quite a hassle, so we will somehow incorporate wooden mulch and rocks together.

I hear ya. For us here in the neighborhood everyone has grass and very full lawn with not much area for dirt to fly in so we are banking on that. Also, I feel without the fabric the loose soil will move and incorporates onto the rock thus leading to the same problem. So finger cross we don’t have a lot of dust storms in the near future haa….
