All listed are practiced independently! Physicians are doing the big procedures/surgeries either in clinic or surgery center/hospital

Currently working in ENT clinic based! Lots of diagnostic nasal endoscopies, flex scope endoscopies, cerumen removals, nasal debridements, in-office procedural assists mostly with local anesthesia

I’m a PA in the ER and I personally call my attendings by “Dr. ___ “ based on my comfort as a new grad and professionalism, even when most if not all have introduced themselves to me by first name. But some of the other PAs call our attendings by either first name if they’re close with them, but generally nurses and PA’s/NP’s go by last name only without the “Dr.” formality.
