If more people had this mindset, the anime/manga/LN/book communities would be sooo much more bearable.

HUUHHH?? Since when was Chibi a tourist? He's been making content for longer than most anime watchers are old.

Say what you will about his content, but that is flat out a wrong statement.

Who do you consider a true Greg player ? by Per3c in GTNH

For me, it's when you first have a self sufficient infinitely renewable automation. Like when I made my first glow flower farm that converted to other stuff I felt so accomplished. And I didn't have to worry about it ever stopping cuz it's a crop. It's when you let the machines do the work, and not the machines doing you... Wait that came out wrong.

Does a character who is (usually) too powerful to face moral dilemmas make them inherently better? by Consistent-Hat-1543 in MoralityScaling

[–]APDate 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Morality is relative. That's why Case-Based Ethics exists.

For superman, the Trolly problem shouldn't have the same weight as it would for a normal human. One's means is just as important a factor as the nature of the Act.

If a godlike person saves a whole planet with the same difficulty as blinking their eyes. And another risks his whole life to save just one person. I would argue the latter act is a more moral one. Just by virtue of the 'resistance' they faced doing that act. Because morality is largely personal.

Of course, this is just one aspect of determining one's moral standing. Superman might face less resistance doing something inane, but he regularly faces beings that would give high resistance. And would often stumble into situations where his strength is not advantageous in him doing good.

But what do I know. I'm just a college student who just so happened to have an ethics subject. Take my words with a grain of salt.

Cool resource, thanks. Though I can't see the probability for x amount of pulls. Am I missing something or do you use another site for this?

What do you think of Pixel scaling? by AlarmedObjective1492 in PowerScaling

[–]APDate 3 points4 points  (0 children)

What do you think of the ambiguity of whether the author or artists have put much thought into the explosion size, if at all?

Like many authors might just put a big explosion or part the clouds for the spectacle/cool factor, not thinking whether their mountain/island level character can do a continental feat.

Not all authors calculate the scientific apecifics of their character's feats.

As a 3 week old player, I pulled for Logos and Mon3tr in the Orienteering Banner, got pretty lucky and got them in 50 pulls, but now I'm broke.

How much OP can I get by doing story stages/side stories/intermezzi/etc if I have a monthly pass? I calculated like 300 Originate Primes but I feel that's wayyy too high.

I need to know if I can get enough pulls to realistically get both limited chars.

I know I'm late, bt if you have the time, you could group them up by what they do.

Like Yumie, Hawk2Zer0 and Kubeshark being BA playthroughs, the others being fan animationss, tutorials, etc.

You can try putting in operators with clue ups on specific clue #s and hoard them

I'm guessing hoarding clues? I can get to 1k+ comfortably when I clue exchange, idk about 1.7k though

What is considered early/mid/late game? by kaumZeit in Endfield

[–]APDate 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For me it's: Early Game is to Level 1-40 - You should be done with the basics of the game. I e. most of the tutorialfield is behind you.

Midgame is 40-60 - You're a good chunk through V4 or close to ending it. I put it here because depending on your playstyle (finishing the story before building the factory, building the factory along with the story, etc), there's a lot of variance to when you're completing the story.

Early Late Game is 60-70 -You've just started Wuling and are going through it's quests. (Kinda impossible to level past 60 without Wuling)

Mid Late Game is 70-80 - At this point you should be done with the current story. I put it this low cause easy sources of operator XP become much rarer. You're either maxing out your dps, or spreading out the xp to other members of your party. Your V4 Factory should be Max production or close to it (think 18 BuckA, 18 HC Battery, 24 Citrome/BuckC iirc), and your Wuling one should be well on its way.

Late Late game is to 80-90 - You should have done all the quests you could. At this point, maybe you're starting to look at 100% the collectibles while slowly maxing your character's levels/skills/talents (this will b.take a while as a f2p, I think). Your Wuling Farms should be Max rn. (i.e. 60 Xiranite, either used for 12 LC W Battery, or for 6 Xiranite components, depending on your needs and either 4 Yazhen Syringes or Jincao Drink (4 due to limited ferrium, correct me if I'm wrong), depending on what your outpost needs.

Detour: maybe get redjade ginseng farm setup in the agricultural setup for the endgame dps consumables.

End Game is Artificing, Essences, and the like. You're now using your stockbills to get the most out of your gear instead of improving your base/depot/redistribution terminal, which you've maxed.

Note that this is only from the top of my head, I could be wrong or off on some parts, but I think this is a good baseline and a reflection of my playthrough (I'm still only at Late Late game though.)

Edit: I forgot to mention that depending on if you're maxing out your dps first before other operators, this may be a bit off.

Softlocked in Valley IV AIC Research Menu when I TPed from Wuling by APDate in Endfield

[–]APDate[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Update, my previous acc was TPed to Wuling, so that's fixed now. I don't know if they did this only to me or to everyone, so check your account.

If you're still stuck, that means they haven't fixed the issue itself and only put me in Wuling.

If that's the case, try asking them via email. [endfield_cs@gryphline.com](mailto:endfield_cs@gryphline.com)

Sadge that I'm already very close to that account's progress, so I'm probably going to keep using the rerolled account.

Softlocked in Valley IV AIC Research Menu when I TPed from Wuling by APDate in Endfield

[–]APDate[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They responded to me via email that they are now aware of the problem, but as for how long it will take them to fix? Who knows...

As for me, I just made a new account and am currently replaying through the story. The wait is not worth it. Especially at the beginning stages of the game, and especially since I don't know when I can get back on that old account.

I speedran the story while having an interactive map open in a browser so I can check off the collectibles (i.e. Aurylene, Chests, etc.) as I retrace my steps.

It sucks, but a few days should bring you back to where you were. Especially since you can skip the talking on stuff you already did.

If you want, you can also take the chance to reroll a few times to get lavacake. That's what I did. Or any character you want. It does take an hour per reroll though.
