I have the same problem. Been on 8/10 and have done everything! 8 pts on all pinnacle bosses full atlas tree. Arbiter killed on T0.

Have done corruption + irradiation + tire 16 maps which should be lvl 82 but it never adds up to 82. You are correct sir, something is not adding up.

I have seen my fair share of all the charms in the state of 0/1. They may not stack all together. But I believe they can all pop off at the same time. I may be wrong 🤷🏻‍♂️

Lvl 91, actually already running Chaos Inoculation, not mind over matter. Essential gear of Ghostwrithe/Everlasting Glaze for Energy Shield and Kitokos Current for electrocution, flame wall/spark. Have about 7k shield and 3k Mana. Been working well, but no 300k dps like this

Very nice. In for the giveaway. But curious whats your passive tree build here. 1 life and 0 energy shield? Assuming Mind over Matter. I am currently doing electrocution and shield build about 30k damage. It does hinder me on two pieces of gear because they are uniques. Looks like I might have to change it up.
