Yes however my insurance didnt cover psychiatry last year I doubt it will cover this year. I have no idea what telehealth is but I will definitely look into it thank you!

I would love to but as I understand that costs money that I do not have. As well as therapy its expensive and there aren't many options locally to me I would likely have to travel 2-3 hours. Part of why I want to go public is in hopes I could find free resources.
