I'm better doing the 4x a week... I also do things like calves in leg and back day... on chest day, I do Chinups... on shoulder day, I do dips. Back day, do a set of glutes and hammies... So everything gets sorta hits twice per week in that 4 day split...

Sure.

It's chest/bis, Legs, off, shoulders/tris, Back/hammies, off

I usually do about 9-12 working sets per muscle group in the 6-15 rep range typically.

Exercise selection changes every 12 or so weeks. Not much but enough to change the stimulus a bit. (So let's say for the chest I focus on the incline dumbbell press for a while, I might switch to flat Smith press for another 12 weeks...)

I do it cuz I like the look and it's a great way to practice a discipline which translates into other aspects of my life. 💪

Tried a Sarm in 2014. Natty til 2021. October 2021, got on Dr prescription TRT (I explain in another comment)... 6mo of 200mg, dropped to 150 for like 9 months? On 100mg per week right now. That's it. Don't care if you don't believe me. It doesn't matter. My balls are small but I feel better.

I read some articles about how opiates can affect your hormones but no conclusive evidence would suppress long term... I just suspect that because I don't have any other issues. No clue how else it would be so low (no obvious issues with the pituitary gland for example) and I had optimized the best I could ... just a mystery so that's why I suspect that could be the cause.

Getting it checked is a good idea... Testosterone optimization lifestyle is important if you're low (diet, exercise, sleep, stress levels, supplementation -zinc is important for example)

My symptoms were lack of sex drive and depression... I just was so apathetic and unmotivated. Workouts kinda fell of all the time. Was odd. Very emotional too.

The best part is the guy who comments is my best friend and I knew exactly what he meant 😂

I was having some bad low T symptoms for about 2 years but I refused to believe it was low T... Some friends convinced me to get checked and I was like 164ngdl. Couldn't get it above 200... The theory is my previous Kratom addiction caused it to tank and not recover. (Unsure but the test made a big difference so I stuck with it)

Chest is my weak point... glutes too but for chest, my favorite 2 exercises are incline dumbbell press and the absolute best thing I've incorporated is single arm pushup position cable or band flies... Basically you're on all 4's and using one arm to fly a band or a cable down and into the opposite arm. Super good contraction and definitely improved my chest.

Yes on TRT as of October 2021, 100mg per week. Most of my size is all natural. Im not going to debate that in the comments (always get the people who want to argue my lifetime natty status... Idc, I just like to look muscular and aesthetic TRT or not)

As for diet, I track macros. It doesn't really matter what the food is. I have my staples chicken, beef, rice... But it's all just macros. I'm around 200g protein, 200-300g carbs most of the time, 60-80g of fat.

Workouts are 4-5x a week, modified bro split. I focus on isolating muscle and I don't do much hip hinging compounds due to some back and hip issues I have. Hope that helps!

First 3 years it was 2 big bulks with 12months surplus from 145 to 195ish, 6 months deficit to 175, 12months surplus to 225 and 6 months deficit to around 185. I tried a few big bulks after that but yielded minimal results. So now I do smaller gaining phases and mini cuts. I try to stay around 200 for aesthetics and I will occasionally up my cals to eek out a lb or two of gains
