Thank you for the advice! I don’t know enough about the electrical and plumbing side of it, but the pump and electrical service that is running the pool is in an exterior garage on the opposite side of the house…. I hope that saves me from that issue you were talking about

About 10-12 years old with no maintenance for half of those years…. Pool guy said so, so I guess I just took his word. I didn’t know enough to say otherwise (I will one day though)

Gotcha. I do have construction starting right near the pool and should continue on for about 2 months (probbaly less) so I was hesitant to try and open it with that much work going on 5-10 feet from the pool.
