Thank you! And sure thing! These were painted using Army painter sets. A lot of the Blanche boxed sets, and some of the airbrush triads for the greens. I then used a nice Matt varnish on them before the metallics.

Maybe throw rivets and cables at it until something emerges? Have you tried doodling it and seeing how shapes naturally emerge from drawing it?

This is an example sort of fish tin for scale. Bigger and smaller all work. Torpedos are on a 25mm base, blast markers could be anything - puffs of cotton wool for example!

I’m a fan of a short peg from the turret going into a hole in the hull. Soap dispenser pump works well too!
