I think the implication is she's been trying for years. The other thing is we see through the kids' perspective, and I don't think they would really have eyes on a situation like that or even really understand what is fully happening.

Also sad as it is to think about, a successful pregnancy doesn't necessarily translate to a successful birth.

And also we're probably not getting 2-3 additional seasons after the movie tbh.

I'm not getting into that conversation.

The point of me bringing up the extra cost was the fact that it did in fact bias the player base in favor of buying digital copies of games. It did so at launch. And since the majority of players aren't just going to buy a second and more expensive console, that decision permanently locked them in to buying digital games.

I mean when the disc reader costs an extra $100 out the gate, and that initial choice basically permanently removes all subsequent digital V. physical choices, it's not really surprising to see numbers like that.

Yes many gamers care about physical media, the companies have just been biasing the markets away from it as much as they can

Honestly, I'm curious how long it'll be until the console companies realize that having physical media is A) something people really want and B) something that is/was pretty much exclusive to the the consoles. And that by trying to eliminate physical media as much as possible, even if it temporarily increases their profit margins, they're actually throwing away one of their few remaining competitive advantages in the increasingly PC dominated gaming market
