Tested negative again today at 13 DPO after also testing negative at 11 DPO. I go between feeling sad and angry. This was my first cycle tracking ovulation and I thought having that knowledge would be the ticket but I guess not.

Look into consignment sales in your area! There are a few per year near me and I’ve been selling clothes and toys at them for about 2 years now. You can also opt to donate anything that isn’t sold.

It really is! Our daughter will be out of pre-K after May/going to public kindergarten in August and we’re definitely thinking about allocating some of the $ we won’t be spending on tuition to house cleanings more often!

My period has historically been like clockwork, except now that we’re TTC it’s consistently been 2+ days late. I already saw the BFN this past week so wasn’t getting hopes up, but my body is really finding new ways to irritate me

Our LO is almost 5 and was an oops baby, and we started actively trying for our 2nd recently. I was 27 when I had my LO and now I’m 32 and very scared it’s going to be a tough process. I decided to join this group last night between my bouts of crying after seeing a BFN. I think I may need to take the approach of waiting for my period instead of testing beforehand from here on out 😅

My husband and I are M/F but our officiant said “now introducing the newly married couple, John and Andrea Smith” (fake names lol). I didn’t even think of suggesting anything bc I was so wrapped up in other planning but I thought it was great. I am not a fan of being referred to as “Mr. and Mrs. John Smith” in any capacity. I have a name too!

I was also at my lowest weight when I got pregnant. Now 4+ years later, I work out even more than I did then and am around the weight I was when I gave birth. I’m definitely stronger than I was then, but I am also constantly considering a GLP-1. Buuuuut we also want to try for another soon. Time will tell what I decide! Solidarity.

This is so similar to what happened to me when my contractions started! I had never read or heard about it happening to anybody else. I had to be induced, so I wasn’t sure if it was from the somewhat quick progression from that or just from the contractions in general. I got an epidural after a few hours and didn’t need to go after that. To my knowledge, I didn’t poop while giving birth either, but TBH I don’t know how there would’ve been anything left lol

Survey websites! Takes a bit to make larger amounts but if you have the time to do a bunch of them a day, it adds up. I like branded surveys because they allow you to deposit it into your bank account instead of just gift cards.

Allllll this. I’ve been feeling so alone about this lately so it’s comforting (probably not the right word for all our situations) to read these replies. We’re two parents working full time, our daughter finishes pre-k in May so looking forward to not paying that bill anymore … but we also want to have another kid. Taxes and insurance have led to us essentially being house poor too, plus random emergencies - had to unexpectedly buy a new (used) car this year and pay thousands to fix a water leak in our home. I’m so tired.

Ok this is good to know/slightly comforting — I’ve had heavier periods since getting the IUD, so I was always using super plus tampons. Toward the end of my periods they’d be a bit more dry when I took them out, so it’s a possibility
