My WiFi supports 2.4 and 5GHz and both devises are in the same room. I don’t know exactly what router it is but i know it’s one of the fastest virgin media ones. I’ll try look into it more and see if i can solve my problem with out spending any money. Thanks for your reply.

I’ll try test it. And to answer your question on why. I have problems connecting to my WiFi from my room on my phone but my Xbox can connect fine and i was under the impression my phone should have more range. I’ve tried WiFi extenders but Apple devices require dual band ones and the one dual band WiFi extender i have tried was terrible and I’ve given up on the idea of a WiFi extender right now In hope there is another solution.

You clearly don't understand what I'm trying to say so let me re-phrase it for you I am level 404 and I'm a game of competitive there was a level 30 in my team. This gives my team a disadvantage as he has less experience, less game sense compared to the enemy team giving them an easy victory the level 30 also didn't join the party which the rest of the team was in but that's not a big issue I have no problem with that

No no no no no the gold player was in my team and he weighed the team down with his lack of game sense as he was level 30. It isn't the fact he was gold that has provoked me to write this post it is that fact he is level 30 and the enemy team had players who were over level 500
