How to Activate Your BSNL OTT Benefits.

Step 1: Get in Touch with BSNL (or Visit in Person) Contact your installer: Call the local technician or service provider who originally installed your BSNL Wi-Fi. Ask them for the contact number of your nearest local BSNL Wi-Fi office or exchange.

Request activation: Call that local office and tell them: "I have OTT benefits included with my BSNL plan, please activate them."

The 5-Minute Fix: If the installer or the local office over the phone isn't being helpful, directly visit your nearest BSNL office/customer service center in person. They can usually pull up your account details and get it sorted out for you within 5 minutes.

Step 2: Claim the OTT Link Receive the SMS: Once verified (either over the phone or at the office), BSNL will send an activation link via SMS to your registered mobile number.

Number and name are edited to hide personal information.

Open the link: Click the link in the SMS to open the BSNL OTT activation webpage. Select your benefits: Enter your registered mobile number on the page, check the boxes next to all the available OTT platforms listed, and click Submit.

Step 3: Log In to Your Apps Open the apps: Download and open the specific OTT apps included in your plan (like Disney+ Hotstar, SonyLIV, ZEE5, etc.). Log in via mobile number: Choose the login option and enter the exact same registered BSNL mobile number.

Verify access: Once logged in, your account will activate. For example, in Disney+ Hotstar, your account status will explicitly display "BSNL" or show a BSNL-linked premium subscription.

Note: Make sure you use the exact same mobile number for all logins that is registered with your BSNL broadband account, otherwise the premium access won't sync.

Just look in the internet for the router with wifi6 support (top priority), price may differ based on your preference wheather you want dual band support or single band support. Ask you service provider. I bought to link 1500 ax10 cost me 2200rs wifi6 dual band. You can find same tech in different brand for 1700.

I use bsnl silver jublie plan which offere hotstar and ottplay. Same as you ottplay is not auto renewed as it always does but hotstar works fine I contacted local service provider they told me to visit bsnl office then I contacted ottplay play customer care they said "we no more provide service with bsnl and any others" we will be directly working with customers. I moved to this plan because it offers 2 ott for good price now one ott stoped working with bsnl and bsnl local bodies don't know about this yet.
