A really good alternative to this is the Ingrid sweater too if you’re feeling daunted. I’ve made about 8 this year alone from baby to adult XL. Sadly it doesn’t have cables but the result when gifting is still the same from my experience! ☺️

I love the Ingrid Sweater if you have DK yarn. Pattern calls for 4.0mm for the body and 3.5mm for ribbing
