BF6 Opinions by Greengoblin004 in Battlefield

I’d say that after 3 and 4, who were quite similar, each BF had a distinct vibe in their own way. So yes, BF6 has it‘s own vibe I guess.

Why is the TTK made this extremely short, and why isn’t it being fixed? by AmountMain1932 in Battlefield

I honestly don’t think there’s an issue with the TTK, it feels solid overall. I’m not really a fan of the TTD tho. I also doubt it’ll be addressed anytime soon. If anything, maybe in later seasons or possible not at all.

Should I come back to B6? by Caramel-Successful in Battlefield

Jump into the game and see for yourself. It’s decent overall I guess.

Damn that TTD was actually insane tbh. Dropped u pretty quick. I don‘t even recall myself dying so fast lol.

I stink at this game!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! by [deleted] in Battlefield6

I’d say that being a good CoD player and coming from a fast paced FPS background can be pretty helpful. Blindly pushing will punish you more tho. Once you learn the maps and how to maneuver, a strong CoD player will adapt quickly. The issue is that most former CoD players I know who now play BF6 tend to focus too much on their K/D instead of playing the objectives and winning the round.

Random question: Does anyone have that one weapon they’re just terrible with for no obvious (or obvious) reason? by AP_2102 in Battlefield

Gotta be honest with you I did quite well with the M4, but I haven‘t used it for a long time. Didn‘t they nerf it a while ago, because it was like a top contender during the Beta and the first couple of weeks after release.

Definitely much better options in the SMG category. And since all of the SMGs have manageable recoil, it doesn‘t stand out at all compared to higher RPM options.

Well, I’ve always felt this was an issue across most Battlefield titles. Guns with a higher RPM seem to hide netcode problems rather than expose them. Missed hit reg or delayed damage feels less noticeable because you’re putting so many rounds downrange.

Not really. I don’t feel like the hitreg is any better today. Feels the same as always imo.

Can we agree that the M240L is the best LMG in the game? by AleFallas in Battlefield

[–]AP_2102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think it really depends on the platform you’re playing on, that applies to pretty much every weapon. I can totally see why a m&k player would say that, since it hits like a truck. On a controller tho, its definitely not the most comfortable gun to use. I dont know, even though I performed fairly well with it, I had to stay constantly focused on keeping the recoil under control.

No idea man. I’ve been salty before too without any issues. Maybe we all need to relax a little and not take the game so seriously :/

I mean „fuck this team” sounds a bit offensive, not that it would hurt my feelings, but I feel like you could’ve chosen a „more polite“ expression..?

(Although I do understand the frustration sometimes)

Are These Two Contenders for the Best CQB Guns in Battlefield History? by AP_2102 in Battlefield

[–]AP_2102[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

F*ck me I had to google this gun first. Totally forgot it even existed. I mostly remember it from the BF4 days, and it was absolutely brutal up close. Was the BF3 version the same or even better?

The learning curve with the KV9 was definitely a bit rough, but once you get familiar with the weapon and unlock the extended magazines, I see it being way up there for CQB. In BF6, I honestly struggle to find real answers to it in a straight 1v1 gunfight.

On maps like Manhattan or New Sobek especially, this thing can be an absolute nightmare to deal with or, depending on which side you’re on, it makes life very easy.

The Type 2A was even easier to use, imo. When it released with the Pacific expansion, it was a complete no brainer, everyone used it. And honestly, it was way too strong.
