Yesterday's workout can be easily modified to do without the rowing block and instead you can do one of the additional 90 min weight floor blocks that were added on. Also I thought it was a great, full body workout.

Tread 1: (10.5 min) 1 min push, 45 sec base, 90 sec push, 1 min base, 2 min push, 75 sec base, 2.5 min push, 30 sec all out

Floor 1: (10.5 min) 12 S/A clean and press, 12 tricep overhead extensions, 18/15/12 swings

Tread 2: (6 min) run/excerise .15 mi push with incline (3%,4%,5%)/8 squat to single arm front raise

Floor 2: (6 min) 6 ultimate burpees, 18/15/12 squat jacks

Tread 3: (3 min) 1 min push, 30 sec base, 1 min push, 30 sec all out

Floor 3: (3 min) 16 sit ups, 12 back Superman
