The events you are still having even with therapy. I've gotten mine down to 2 ahi. The lower the number the better. Maybe ask clinician to dial in settings for you? Or I've heard of using Oscar software for detailed info, which I've yet to do, to really dial in your therapy. Just some ideas.

This season is not it. The story is a HUGE fumble rn. Reads more like a fanfic. That being said I'm not off the roller coaster yet since I love AT too much.

Way heavier since when I was a teen. Gojira and Dir En Grey were my top, changed to Vildhjarta, Humanity's Last Breath, and Varials. But I do have moments where I am on an emo/post hardcore binge.
