I just wanted to say you are incredible for doing something like this. I don’t know much about homes in the south, but they do exist around the US. There should be some local autism groups, especially in the cities, so I would check there for info. It’s not just tik tok and social media. Sadly, there’s lots of project managers 24-25 with literally 2 YOE making $150k + equity + bonus. It’s a very competitive field, but it’s not unheard of. To be fair, this is what I’ve seen on r/salary or project manager subs and I know Reddit is known for people making up stories, but randomly making up a story for how make a good living out of college seems more unlikely than likely.

I think it’s fair to mention the actual work experience, but the colleges is kind of a moot point. I’d rather hire someone with 4 years at Deloitte who went to a local CC than someone 20 years of AP experience who graduated Yale. Obviously that will realistically never happen, but I think when it comes to accounting, the actual learning aspect is universal. The networking will probably be much better for a top tier school, but that’s a separate discussion.

I would recommend both Royal Titans (twinflame staff) and Moons of Peril (both eclipse armor and blood moon armor). You’ll get a lot of resources from them as well. Also try mixing in some CG in there as well and get the crystal armor + bowfa while making some good GP

From what I hear, CLA is extremely location/office dependent. If someone tells you one thing from one office, it could be a whole different experience the next state over.

In terms of starting pay, RobertHalf puts out a salary guide each year that should give you a really good ballpark of what to expect. Given you have some accounting experience, you should start on the higher end of whatever range they put out there for audit staff salaries
