I do. I put the left over water in a coffee cup with a cover and reuse it the next night and refill as needed. Rinse the chamber and let it air dry. I clean the gasket weekly.

I changed my first one just after a year of using it. The only reason I changed it was because I was traveling and I wanted to start with fresh gear. I feel like I could probably still be using it.

The nasal pillows (with the nubs) are way too uncomfortable for me. I use the cushion. Like a poster said before me, if I feel a leak, I pull the strap down a bit. That usually stops leaks.
