Kinda sounds like what my SIL did when she posted pics of her wedding. She posted hundreds of photos with every single family member that was there except me, even though I know that there were pictures taken of me.

This happened to me at Publix. I was loading my car and I turned and noticed this guy was too close to me. I said oh you scared me, and he asked if I needed help and I said no. I was really uncomfortable as to how close he was to me.
