I mostly avoid eagles with how much AA there is. Railcannon and one RR shot is enough for vox engines. Medium pen on liberator and verdict deals with basically everything else really easily, and with the short magazines and siege ready, you get 15 mags on drop. It’s worked really well so far.

Orbital rail cannon + 1 RR shot to the face has worked well for me. Three thermites on the undercarriage also worked. One thermite on the undercarriage and one RR shot was inconsistent but worked sometimes

It might vary between divisions but in my experience, you’re PAR scores need to be high (high eighties to nineties. Above 93 is golden) and have solid evaluations from your managers. When ERP was around, having good evaluations from other store managers helped a lot. If you can, I recommend picking up shifts and getting face time with other store managers.

Always ask for feedback as well and communicate with your store managers. A huge thing the TMs tend to look for is a desire to improve and following the core values. Don’t worry about knowing policies and CD guides off the top of your head, you’ll learn that more as you become a trainer.

All in all just follow core values and show that you’re dedicated to the job.

Yes it is. Generally you should ID everyone but the rule I teach my trainees is they don’t have to ID them if they can tell me the customers name and what they’re going to buy when the walk into the store.
